KDIPA Participates in the Kuwaiti-Mexican Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation

Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) participated in the first session of the Kuwaiti-Mexican Joint Commission for Economic Cooperation that was held on December 4-6, 2017 in Mexico City, Mexico. The session was held in accordance with the Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation signed between the Government of the State of Kuwait and the Government of the United States of Mexico.

The Kuwaiti delegation was headed by H.E. Mr. Khalifa Hamada, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance and the delegation of the United States of Mexico was headed by H.E. Agustin Garcia-Lopez Loaeza, Executive Director of the Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID). KDIPA was represented by Mr. Ali Ghareeb from the Promotional Activities Department.

The Kuwaiti delegation also included representatives from various other governmental organizations including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, Ministry of Oil, Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Kuwait Investment Authority, and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
