The 20th meeting of the Kuwaiti-Japanese Businessmen’s Committee in Tokyo, brought together 100 government officials and businesspersons from various sectors of both economies. The annual economic meeting, co-chaired by board member of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce Mr. Tareq Al-Mutawa and his Japanese counterpart Mr. Hiroshi Saito, provided a platform in which both countries were able to discuss their current economic conditions, exchange views on measures to promote economic relations from a business community prospective, investment opportunities and renewable energy. KDIPA representative Mr. Hamad Faisal AlSaad, Administrative Coordinator, conducted a presentation during the meeting on KDIPA’s law number 116 of 2013 and on the State of Kuwait’s investment climate and opportunities to potential Japanese investors.
