Appointed State Minister for Economic Affairs and Investment by Amiri Decree No. 11 dated 1 February 2026.
Held position as the Chief Executive Officer of KFH Capital, the investment arm of Kuwait Finance House. He also held a number of different leadership positions, in addition to serving on the boards of directors of other companies, both locally and regionally, across various economic sectors.
Has over 27 years of extensive experience, which he has gained through progressive advancement in his career by holding various positions and board memberships in several reputable institutions.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San José State University in the United States, as well as an Executive Master’s degree from London Business School.

She is head of Finance & Investment committee, member of commerce & transport committee, ex-rapporteur of Public Relations & Media committee, member of trace policies committee, and Banking, Finance, & Insurance committee of the Union of Arb Chambers.
Enjoys over 40 years of experience in the banking sector reaching the post of Acting Director General of Kuwait Real Estate Bank (turned into Kuwait Investment Bank in 2006).
Holds several posts in the private sector, as the CEO of the Nine Pearls for General Trading & Contracting Co., Managing Director of Al Marfa General Trading, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Al Wafer Marketing Services, member of the Board of Financial Consulting Co.
Former Chairman of the Board of the Kuwaiti Financial Group, former Board member for Kuwait & ME Bank, Kuwait Clearing Co., and Al Khonani & Al Qatami General Trading
Founding member of Kuwait Forex Society, Kuwait Businesswomen Committee, a member of Egyptian – Kuwaiti Cooperation Council, and Kuwait Women Cultural & Social Society.
