Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) participated in a conference on the Impacts of merger and acquisitions on local and foreign companies expanding in the State of Kuwait. Organized by Al-Suwait Legal Group, with the participation of other relevant authorities, on December 25, 2023.
KDIPA was represented by Ms. Maysam Al-Obaid, Projects Evaluation and Incentives Granting section, who gave a presentation on the investment climate in Kuwait.
