Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) Director General, H.E. Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, received Mr. Simon Chan, Director General of Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Dubai, accompanied by his delegation, on October 8, 2025.
