In the presence of H.H. the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah and H.E. Guy Parmelin, President of the Swiss Confederation. Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on direct investment promotion with Swiss Global Enterprise (S-GE) on Monday, 29 September 2026, in Bern, Switzerland, as part of its efforts to strengthen economic and investment relations and expand cooperation between the State of Kuwait and the Swiss Confederation.
The MoU was signed on behalf of the Kuwaiti side by H.E. Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Director General of KDIPA, and on behalf of the Swiss side by Magali Heuberger, CEO of Investment Promotion and Member of the Executive Committee at Swiss Global Enterprise.
The MoU aims to further develop economic and investment cooperation and strengthen partnerships in areas of mutual interest, contributing to the promotion of direct investment opportunities and advancing the shared interests of both countries.
