• Held positions at Kuwait Investment Authority, National Bank of Kuwait, and National Investments Company. At Boubyan Bank, led the implementation of strategic plans to achieve economic and financial objectives.

• Held numerous board memberships both locally and regionally.

• Holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Systems with Honors, both from Kuwait University.

• An elected Member of the Board of Directors of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KCCI) since 2010 till now. She is head of Finance & Investment committee, member of commerce & transport committee, ex-rapporteur of Public Relations & Media committee, member of trace policies committee, and Banking, Finance, & Insurance committee of the Union of Arb Chambers.
• Enjoys over 40 years of experience in the banking sector reaching the post of Acting Director General of Kuwait Real Estate Bank (turned into Kuwait Investment Bank in 2006).
• Holds several posts in the private sector, as the CEO of the Nine Pearls for General Trading & Contracting Co., Managing Director of Al Marfa General Trading, Deputy Chairman of the Board for  Al Wafer Marketing Services, member of the Board of Financial Consulting Co.
• Former Chairman of the Board of the Kuwaiti Financial Group, former Board member for Kuwait & ME Bank, Kuwait Clearing Co., and Al Khonani & Al Qatami General Trading
• Founding member of Kuwait Forex Society, Kuwait Businesswomen Committee, a member of Egyptian – Kuwaiti Cooperation Council, and Kuwait Women Cultural & Social Society.
• Picked by Forbes ME magazine amongst the 200 Most Powerful Arab Women in 2014.
• Holds a BA in Political Science & Public Administration from the American University of Beirut (AUB).

• Currently holds the post of CEO of KAMCO Investment Company.

• Gradually promoted within KAMCO Investment Company, serving as Senior Vice President (Head of Corporate Finance Department), Executive Vice President (Head of Financial Services and investment division) and Chief Executive Officer.
• Vice chairman of Advanced Technology Company, Member of the Board of Kuwait Medical Center Holding Company and Australian College of Kuwait Industrial Advisory Board and Member of the advisory committee of American University of Kuwait.
• Former chairman of Global Investment House.
• Holds EMBA from HEC Paris, France with distinction and a BSc in Economics degree (with honors) from the University of Birmingham.

• Currently holds the post of Chairman & CEO at Almowazi Capital (KSCC) the leading brokerage firm that specializes in online trading for unlisted, delisted & OTC market in Kuwait.
• Enjoys around 25 years of experience in Investment Banking and served in multiple joint stock companies as a member of the board.
• Member of the Board of Directors at KFH Brokerage, A’ayan Leasing & Investing Co. and Al-Oula Slaughter Houses Co.
• Participated in Kuwait Investment Outreach – London 2015 on behalf of Al-Riyada Finance & Investment Company and Almowazi.com.
• Completed Several programs at Harvard Business School including Real Estate Management, Leading Product Innovation and Leading & building a culture of innovation.
• Holds Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Kuwait University.

• Currently holds the post of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
• He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Kuwait University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Leicester UK.
• His professional experience has diversified in many fields including marketing, governance, finance, and operations management.

• He previously held several administrative positions in investment companies and leasing companies, including Aayan, and Al-Masar Leasing and Investment Company.
• A former member of several shareholding companies’ Boards, including Priority Automobile Company, Noor Real Estate and Alriyada Real Estate.
