KDIPA co-hosts the Kuwait Investment Outreach Seminar in cooperation with the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Japan and JETRO

Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) co-hosted the Kuwait Investment Outreach Seminar, in cooperation with the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Japan and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), which was held at the Embassy headquarters in Tokyo, Japan, on October 3, 2025.

The organization of this seminar came within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation in the field of Direct Investment Promotion with JETRO, which was signed on the occasion of the official visit of H.H. the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah to Japan.

KDIPA delivered a detailed presentation on the investment opportunities available in the State of Kuwait, particularly within the framework of Kuwait Vision 2035 the country’s ongoing infrastructure and diversification projects. The event was hosted by His Excellency Sami Al-Zamanan, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Japan, at the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Tokyo. The seminar was attended by representatives of 20 leading Japanese companies, aimed to highlight investment opportunities in Kuwait and explore ways to enhance economic cooperation between the two countries. It also featured presentations by Mitsubishi on its work and experience in Kuwait, and by Citibank Japan, which provided an overview of its activities and its vision regarding the country’s economic trends.
