Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) co-organized a workshop for newly appointed diplomats on November 11, 2025, at KDIPA’s headquarters
The workshop highlighted the latest investment developments in Kuwait and addressed the following key topics: an overview of the Direct Investment Promotion Law No. 116/2013, KDIPA’s facilitation and aftercare model, KDIPA promotional activities, and the investment climate in Kuwait along with other achievements.
The workshop aims to strengthen Kuwait’s regional and international standing in the field of economic diplomacy.
KDIPA was represented by Sheikh Abdullah Sabah Al-Sabah, Assistant Director General for Investment Operations, Mr. Mohammed Mulla Yaqoub, Assistant Director General for Business Development and Dr. Barjas Faleh Al-Hajri, Assistant Director General for Financial and Administrative Affairs.
