Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) and U.S. Chamber of Commerce co-organized the “U.S.-Kuwait Economic Forum” held virtually on January 19, 2022.
This forum is part of a two-segment series in which the first segment entailed a special address from H.E. Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al Sabah, Foreign Minister & Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, State of Kuwait along with fireside discussions with both H.E. Alina L. Romanowski, U.S. Ambassador to the State of Kuwait and H.E. Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al Sabah, Kuwaiti Ambassador to the United States.
Opening remarks were given by H.E. Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Al Sabah, Director General, Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority and Mr. Steve Lutes, Vice President, Middle East, U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
The second part of the series, scheduled to take place beginning of February, will shed light on the latest economic developments.
