KDIPA obtained the annual renewal of the ISO 9001:2015 for quality management system (QMS) standard, and ISO 10002:2018 for customer satisfaction and complaints handling standard for the second year in a row during its periodic review.
Moreover, KDIPA’s specialized team worked to establish the quality standards for the ISO certification, and that over the course of two years resulted in the modernization and development of administrative systems to meet their future needs in order to increase productivity and efficiency in performance.
This was due to the efforts of the specialized team with its continuous follow-up and internal auditing of various departments of which KDIPA carried out during two phases in 2019. This renewal aims to continue the development and in line with KDIPA’s strategic vision.
