Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) organized an internal training program titled “First-Time Manager” for its employees on March 5-6, 2018.
The training program was presented by Mr. Rares Manolescu, an Executive Coach & Master Trainer from the Ken Blanchard Companies.
The 2-day training program covered key topics such as helping first-time managers overcome challenges by showing them the essential skills they need to get off to a great start.
