KDIPA participated in a lecture on “Building leaders capable of implementing institutional policies” presented by Professor Robert Kaplan, a Harvard professor and founder of Palladium Strategic Consulting, held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development (GSSCPD) on 12 March, 2018. The event was attended by Dr. Khaled Mahdi, Secretary General of GSSCPD, and Dr. Anas Mirza, General Manager of the National Technology Enterprises Company (NTEC), and a number of government agencies, the private sector, international organizations, and consulting firms. The lecturer touched upon the positive impact of the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard strategy he jointly developed since 1992 and the developments that occurred to cope with the current changes to ensure it yields effective results.
This is the second of 2018 lecture series of the Kuwait Public Policy Centre (KPPC), which was established within the framework of the GSSCPD to support the national development planning process by strengthening the provision of advice to policy and decision-makers.
