Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) participated in the workshop “Implementing Rules Related to Securing Borders from Counterfeit Products and the Regulatory Frameworks for Free Trade Zones” organized by the Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council with the Americas Division of Political Affairs and Negotiations and the U.S. Department of Commerce, held from 13-15 January 2025, in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The workshop discussed several topics related to intellectual property rights and the regulatory frameworks of free trade zones.
KDIPA was represented by Ms. Maha Al-Hajri, from Advisory and Legal Opinion Section.
