KDIPA participates in ‘Kuwait: Gateway to the Region’s Economic Future’ seminar

Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) participated in the ‘Kuwait: Gateway to the Region’s Economic Future’ seminar, which was co-organized by the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and held in the presence of HE Khaled Al-Jarallah, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Abdulwahab Al-Wazzan, Deputy Chairman of the KCCI, on January 31st, 2018 in KCCI in Kuwait City.

KDIPA was represented by Mr. Mohammed Yaqoub, Assistant Director-General for Business Development, who gave a presentation on the investment climate in Kuwait and on the incentives provided to attract value-added investments.

The seminar was attended by representatives from various government organizations, ambassadors and representatives from various embassies in Kuwait, and other interested parties. The exhibition of diplomatic missions was inaugurated on the sidelines of the seminar. The seminar discussed the current and future condition of Kuwait’s economy relative to the region.
