Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) participated in the final meeting of the official high-level visit of the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and his accompanying business delegation to the State of Kuwait, held on May 14, 2025, in Kuwait.
Both sides emphasized the importance of enhancing and supporting economic relations between the State of Kuwait and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
As part of strengthening bilateral cooperation, two signed memorandums of understanding were announced in the field of “Encouraging Direct Investment” between KDIPA and both “Invest Hong Kong” and the “Hong Kong Trade Development Council.”
KDIPA was represented by Ms. Reem Al-Shaya, Director of the Legal Affairs Department.
