KDIPA signs an MOU with the Sultanate of Oman Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Investment Promotion

On the occasion of The Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tareq, and an official accompanying delegation visit in Kuwait, Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the field of investment promotion with the Sultanate of Oman Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Investment Promotion on the sideline of the Kuwaiti-Omani trade and investment forum on May 13, 2024, at Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI). 

The MoU signing was represented by KDIPA’s Director General, Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, and the Sultanate of Oman Ministry of Commerce, Industry & Investment Promotion was represented by H.E. Qais bin Mohammed Al Yousef. 

At this forum, KDIPA Assistant Director General for Business Development, Mr. Mohammed Yousef Mulla Yaqoub, was part of a Q&A session in the discussion panel and Ms. Faye Al-Shuwayeb, Investor Services Section, gave a presentation titled “Investment Climate in Kuwait”.  

KDIPA was also represented by Mrs. Reem Al-Shaya, Director of Legal Affairs Department.
