The Council of Ministers Decision No. 946 for the year 2013 was issued on 18 July, 2013, to appoint the members of the Board of Directors for Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) for a duration of 4 years, renewable, as follows:

Fahhad Sahab Al Mutaira, Deputy Director General for Specifications & Industrial Services, Public Authority for Industry (PAI)
The Decision enters into effect as of date of issuance and is published in the Official Gazette (Al Kuwait Al Youm)
The Board of Directors of KDIPA is chaired by the Minister of Commerce & Industry as per Law No. 116 for 2013
