27-March-2013 , Kuwait Foreign Investment Bureau (KFIB) participated in extensive symposium entitled “judicial arbitration and the development- partnership and future”represented by Consultant/Amr Wageeh, Legal Advisor for (KFIB), who presented a work sheet which handled investigating into the extent of efficiency of “Judicial Arbitration System as Means of settling disputes with foreign Investor”.
The subject of the research was divided into three topics: Section (1) identified the nature of the legal system of foreign investment; section (2)identified the position and rank off international arbitration as a procedural guarantee for foreign investments; Section (3) identified the features of judicial arbitration system as an effective means acceptable and credible for the foreign investor to feel assured when investing in Kuwait.
