19-Jan-2012, The Kuwait Foreign Investment Bureau(KFIB) held a 2-day technical workshop presented by the international investment promotion expert Mr. David Brown on the subject of “Investor Facilitation and Customer Service Culture”, during the period 16- 17 January 2011, in cooperation with Yanof Training & Consulting.
The workshop touched upon the importance of the first impression in attracting investors into the country, the best way to deal with investors inquiries, and provide all kinds of services and aftercare through the investment process, as well as playing the crucial advocacy role to streamline procedures and improve overall investment climate. This workshop is the 6th with a series of specialized workshops on investment promotion developed under capacity building project, part of the government work program in line with the current development plan
