Kuwait Foreign Investment Bureau (KFIB) in cooperation with Manpower & Government Restructuring Program (MGRP) jointly held a meeting on Tuesday, 5th of July 2011 at 10:00am.The meeting started with an opening address by KFIB Chief, followed by MGRP Manger of HR Planning. Fourteen concerned government entities were represented in this meeting. The attendees extensively deliberated on the issue of implementing potential percentages of the national work force in foreign investment projects, in order to facilitate issuing a Council of Ministers resolution in this regard. Furthermore, other relevant issues were also discussed pertaining to the development of the national work force qualifications, and encouraging the private sector to duly support this policy, through appropriate government incentive schemes and providing professional training.
