2nd June, 2015: Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) participated in the Gulf Conference for Human Resources Development under the title of “ together we develop, we live to the best” that was held during the period from 19th to 21st May at Radisson Blu Hotel. The first session was dedicated to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of national human resources and the role of government sector and major corporations in training these resources, in addition to the discussion of the approved training programs in developed countries and the role of innovation in supporting the economy of knowledge and developing Human Development, in addition to linking the training targets to the actual needs of the individual in his career path and contribute to raising employee capabilities based on the requirements of the job, as well as give the employee the awareness and skills and proper job behavior catalyst for better performance so that it contributes to the upgrading of professional level of National Human Resources to the highest standards and raise the productivity of the organization efficiency and regulatory effectiveness.
