Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) co-organized a 2-day tailored technical training sessions with the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Planning and Development (GSSCPD) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNPD), on May 29-30, 2022.
The training sessions was opened by H.E. Sheikh Dr. Meshaal Jaber Al Ahmed Al Sabah, KDIPA’s Director General, H.E. Dr. Khaled Mahdi, the Secretary General for the Supreme Council for Planning and Development (GSSCPD), and Mrs. Hideko Hadzialic the Resident Representative, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The tailored technical training sessions on different concepts around ESG, SDG, and investing in SDG Impact Management Measures (IMM), by giving insights into the available standards, practices and tools that would enable SDG impact management, while ensuring investment returns, was given to more than 60 participates from KDIPA licensed companies, representative offices, and employees from both KDIPA and GSSCPD.
