The Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) participated in a press conference held by The Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) for the issuance of the first Mobile Virtual Communications Network (MVNO) license in Kuwait. This license was acquired by Virgin Mobile Kuwait, which was licensed by KDIPA under Kuwait’s Direct Investment Law, in conjunction with the Kuwait Telecom Company (STC) on March 22, 2021.
KDIPA was represented by Mr. Mohamed Youssef Mulla Yaqoub, Assistant Director General for Business Development Affairs.
