September 25, 2014: The Board of Directors of Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) held its third meeting for the year 2014 on Wednesday September 24, 2014 headed by the Chairman of the Board H.E. Dr. Abdulmohsen Medaj Al-Medaj, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce & Industry. The Board took several decisions in this meeting for approving KDIPA’s estimated budget for FY 2015/2016, the proposed fees schedule for its services, the criteria for assessing investment applications, and the terms and conditions for licensing the foreign companies branches and the representative offices.
