Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) has admitted all the submitted applications for its logo design competition which ended on Monday December 2, 2013. The number of designs received surpassed expectations, and served its purpose in enhancing public engagement and awareness on KDIPA and its objectives. The Panel of Judges, comprised of Mrs. Farida Al Sultan, Dr. Fareed Abdal, and Mr. Qais Al Shatti, have started reviewing and assessing the submitted designs based on a jointly formulated criteria with relevant weights that takes into consideration various attributes including aesthetic appeal, originality, and observing intellectual property rights. The results of the competition will be announced once the assessment is completed during the current month of December 2013. KDIPA would like to thank all those who participated in its competition and extend its appreciation to the Panel of Judges for the time and effort they have dedicated to this public endeavor.
